Project roleplay seems dead, last update was a year ago and it's far from finished. SAOS is a simple game mode with everything in one resource, that might load faster but if you break anything you're screwed. By those suggested by BluntZ you'll see that NG is a pack of resources, they are written in oop so the code has quiet high quality but the documentation is pretty confusing, it's hard to understand how everything works. If you're looking for pure role play there's only a few successful servers around like owl or ag, maybe some more and I'm pretty sure none of them will sell their game modes to you, I do know those are leaked and people are actually selling them on suspicious websites, at least owl is, but then the problem renames, you wouldn't just obtain an illegal copy you'll get an outdated copy of someone else's game mode.
If you have enough money there is no problem having them customized for your needs by the original authors and retrieve a personal license. Whatever you do I suggest you go ahead with one of the free and open ones that BluntZ suggested, all of them are better than the leaked ones people tries to sell you.

I started learning LUA a little, learning mta functions, as SA:MP functions were too easy,eh.
Thats why i'd even motivate other SA:MP server(players) to move on MTA. So, if i get an offer for some AWESOME roleplay script, money is not a problem, i'd get 400 players from my SA:MP instantly online on MTA. Reason why i want to move to MTA, is because MTA is much much better, fun, and optimized. Therefore, i cannot do gamemode and stuff from zero as i already own an SA:MP server of 400+ players.
